Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and there are emergencies. We are an appointment-only business and in fairness to us, our time, and clients awaiting our services please be kind enough to leave a voicemail, send a quick email, text or WhatsApp should you need to cancel.

We require a deposit of $60 USD to confirm your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours from the scheduled service, the deposit will be held and applied to the cancellation fee.
